Skin Detox Tips

Most people want beautiful skin. There are different barriers to this though. Life involves getting exposed to a lot of environmental factors like sunlight, rough surfaces, and pollution. Exercise and Eat Right
The best thing you can do if you’re concerned about impurities in your body and skin is making concrete life changes. Your body, including your skin, benefits from eating a healthy, balanced diet and regular exercise. You should also try to find a form of exercise that you enjoy enough to stick with even if it is only a brisk walk three times a week for half an hour. These positive changes will help improve the overall health of your skin along with the rest of your body.

Exfoliate Regularly
Part of what can cause skin issues is simply the build up of various external kinds of grime on the skin. Your own skin is part of the issue though and can make itself look unhealthy if you’re not tending to it appropriately. The outermost layer of your epidermis is composed of dead skin cells. Most of this layer is shed relatively routinely. Natural oils and the previously mentioned external grime can trap shed skin cells though. This can make the skin look dull and contribute to an environment on your skin that supports the growth of acne bacteria and fosters other skin conditions as well.
